Washington Bennett back in Washington
We're here! with tremendous amounts of help from Jason's family of course. Jason and his family really did do almost everything. i worked up until the day before we left and even when i was home to help i couldn't be out in the heat without getting sick. so they did all the loading and organizing of the truck, trailor, edward, and the jeep. we got it all in. Jason and his little brother drove edward with no airconditioning almost the whole way. i thought they were going to die of heat stroke. everytime we stopped, their backs were soaked with sweat, their eyes bloodshot and their skin was about 200 degrees to the touch. i felt so bad! but we got here safely and did our best to make it up to them. i think mom's salmon and the greek restaruant did it.
we are now in the process of getting things put together at meag's and cory's. the other day i was saying that it was just going to be temporary, like a month or so, til we can find jobs and save up for the deposit on an apartment. Cory appearantly had very different ideas. he considers this baby to be his first grandchild and he has every intention of keeping us here until it is born. :) it's nice to know we're wanted. the kids love their uncle "jas" and we can't get enough of them, except for when Hazel first wakes up. we can do without that.
