To Blog or Not to Blog? That is the question.-Brooke

Well Sunday I wrote a novel so I was going to hold off for awhile but I can't stand to look at the blog without a new entry. Lydia, your entry is much appreciated but I would like further information please. It was a bit short to be counted as a blog. It was more of a Bl... which is fine if you intend to write two or three times a day. Get to it babe!

So this weekend Ellyn was teething so she wanted to be snuggled constantly. She also had fevers and stayed up every night. I don't mind the snuggling part, you just have to set things aside when they need comfort. I did mind the fevers. Poor baby. Our soccer team won 9-3. That made us very happy. Mike and Jane spoiled me for Mother's Day. Yesterday I finally got my car cleaned out and vacuumed. It felt faabulous. Jane is having drama with a girl from the neighborhood. This girl is the Bad Seed, the Good Daughter, get my drift. Her mom is totally oblivious and blames everything on everyone else. Her daughter is the princess. Now Emily isn't allowed to play with Jane because her mom thinks Jane lied about something Emily said and got in trouble for. Of course every mom wants to believe their child is in the right. However, when everyone at school and in the neighborhood thinks your child is a manipulative little Plastic (see Mean Girls) maybe you should get a clue. But she is the mom from Mean Girls so what can you expect? Jane isn't heartbroken about not playing with Emily but there are four of them that play together and now it is causing all sorts of issues. Luckily they move soon. That mother daughter duo have been the thorn in my side since Jane was in 1st grade. Aren't you all happy to be filled in on third grade drama? I bet now you feel like you can start your day off right. Well we are off to play group, as soon as I change out of the capris that I spilled a full glass of chocolate milk on 20 minutes after I put them on. I wish I could blame it on a child but I knocked it with the peanut butter. Mornings around here are just way too hectic.
