Winter is upon us...

Geof. is in New York today playing with a friend who lives there. I'd be jealous but he says it's pouring down rain and impossible to be out. Much like the weather is here. I was feeling pretty lucky since we'd moved here in July.., the weather'd been perfect. Le Anne was right. She told me after Halloween the rain starts and doesn't stop for a good 2-3 months. And she was right. And it doesn't help that daylight savings has begun (why, i ask you??!!). It always takes me a couple weeks to get used to it and get creative about what we're gonna do for the next 4 months of winter. Hey, I can't really complain. My good friend up in Fairbanks, AK has been living in a winter wonderland for over a month now and is experiencing 5 degree weather and lower! Aaah!
