Our Duo is a Trio!
And its about time! VIOLET PARKER BENNETT is finally here! She was born July 27th, 2:43 pm... 8 lbs 5 oz... 20 1/4 " long... with lots of dark brown hair. And we are so in love :) My doctor said that she was a week and 3 days overdue... which is more than what I was previously told and perhaps better that I didn't know.
We really stunk at taking pictures in the hospital, but here are a few we did snap.
That little purple lump on Brind's lap is Violet. He is so relieved that he can hold her AND the XBOX controller at the same time. He is really enjoying the 'bonding'.

Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers - they were truly felt! And thanks to all of you who were able to come visit, we were so proud to show her off! We'll be sure to post more pictures along with the birth story soon.

oh i'm so glad you finally posted, because i was about to even though she is your little package. i just love her so much and wanted everyone else to see what a beauty she is. cory and the kids are so excited to see her and i so want to hold little vi!!! i love you all!!!
Finally! I have been dying to see her. Oh you guys, she is beautiful!!! I think she looks a lot like Julia. Love the pic of Brinders holding her and the xbox controller...classic.
Can't wait to see more pics and hear all about it.
