My 5K group
I ran a 5K this morning. I'm slow and I haven't been running in months but my friend asked me to do it so I did. i'm determined to start running again. I really do love it!

Whooohooo Ellynn!! How fun. Is that April in the picture with you? You guys look great. Races are my favorites.
Keep going, Ellynn! Races are so addicting. I was sitting on my computer last night looking at all the summer races and getting quite depressed at the state of my knee. ):
