What's shakin' with the Kansas Bennetts

The blog is back?! Hooray! I will do my part to help keep it alive. Cross my heart.

Violet - Um... how would I sum up this girl in one word? Crazy. She bounces off the walls, and seems to have trouble controling the VOLUME OF HER VOICE. She can push me to the brink of insanity and then give me a hug and say, "You da best mommy inna whole erld (world)." She loves the little preschool co-op she goes to and IMHO she is a super smart girl. She has her daddy wrapped around her little finger. And she sometimes likes her brother.

Today while we went on a walk to the park and she patted me on the leg and said, "I drank that." and pointed to an abandoned starbucks cup (aka GARBAGE!) in the parking lot. Oh Violet...

Little Brinders - This guy. What can I say about this guy? He is a momma's boy. And I love it. He is smiley and snuggly and chubby and pretty much good enough to eat. He can take 2 or 3 steps at a time right now and is SO close to walking. He can wave when he hears Hello or Bye Bye, and laughs when we say, "No no Brinders!" And he sometimes likes his sister.

Brind- Pretty much an all around super star. He got interviewed by our local news today. They wanted the scoop on what happened to our jeep last month.(Some jerk-o punched a hole in the gas tank and stole our gas... cool huh?) It will air tomorrow night. Brinders has a phone interview on Thursday for a posistion that is open in Portland. We kindly ask that his info please stay hush hush, because if my family got wind of it, and things DIDN'T work out, they would be crushed, and if it DOES work out, then it will be a surprise. Brind is amazing no matter where he is.

My favorite Brind quote of the week: "Now that I know there is no SPAM in the house, it's all I can think about." I love love love him.

Julia- I just signed up for a 5k, it looks so fun. The Color Run. Look it up, it is pretty cool. I am thinking about going back to school... maybe after we find out if we're moving or not. I love playing with the babies and have been CRAZY EXCITED about the AMAZING weather we've been having lately! AMAZING. Days are much more fun when we can spend them outside.
