ColoradoBennetts--chocolate

Brooke, I love reading your lists of accomplishments. To non-moms it may not seem like much, but I know what a busy day like that feels like. You are supermom and I admire your every move. Tonight we had an inactive sister help us with YW. Her name is Sister May and she goes 110% and I think it wears her out. That may be why she is inactive, you know the kind that work so hard at a calling that they burn out and never want a calling again. Anyway, she helped all the girls dip chocolates for gifts for Mother's Day. She made about 200 fillings, bought all the supplies, made fancy baskets for the girls to wrap the chocolates in, and ran the whole show. Before the activity started Sister May told me she'd been at the hospital, about 12 hours a day for the last week, helping a friend who had a broken hip. This woman was exhausted and I don't think the young women were grateful enough for all that she did for them. I don't know, gratitude may never really hit until these young women grow up and are called into the YW presidency. Right now I'm filling out the paperwork for Girls Camp. I can't believe how much work goes into 4 days of camping. My little sister, Janelle, is going to come to camp with us. I've been bringing her to YW for almost a year now and tonight she said she is thinking about getting baptized. I think a good old Girls Camp testimony meeting is just the thing she needs. Chelsea, I wish I could join you at Linsey's softball game. I spend about 8 seasons on the softball field in my youth. Sadly most of that time was spent in right field, but I still love the game. Welcome to the blog Tony. I'm glad there are people like you that can survive anatomy and cadavers and go on to the medical profession. I'm grateful for the divine nature of our bodies but I never want to dissect one in order to enhance that gratitude. X-boxes, however, I'm not grateful for. Good night bloggers...

Seattle Bennett in Colorado Does anybody catch the comments box? Mindi always has to sign me in the other way so I have found the unofficial way to blog, through a comment. Well Omar, my 16 year old boy scout who Sierra loves to death, and I set up our new trampoline for Sierra yesterday by the time we got home from church though it was to dark to see it so I am pretty sure that at breakfast when she looks out the window to check on the boys aka Max and Tracker she will squil with excitement so I had better go get some clothes on her before then or I'll have a 2 year old freezing her diaper off out jumping on the trampoline
