Ok just got a text from mindi to blog....
Today is rainy and cold. I walked Jackson and Hazel to school and on the way home I had the impression to call my friend Monique, whose sweet little Addison went home to live with our Heavenly Father on Friday afternoon. Monique is the kind of girl that always has it together and for the last 22 months has been caring for this sweet baby and her other 5 amazing kiddos. So this morning I asked her if she wanted to go to Zumba. A silly thing but something we both enjoy doing. She has lost part of her talk and was starting to feel stressed about getting everything put together before the funeral on Saturday. I told her that exercise makes everything better and I would pick her up in 10 minutes. Just our drive to and from made my day. Monique is such a special lady with so much to teach about love, patients, and communication with our Heavenly Father. She said it would be hard to go to Zumba because addi use to love to come and watch us. I said she was still watching us, but this time she would be dancing with us with her perfect body that now matches her perfect spirit. Monique said she knew and she actually saw her dancing and addi said "look mom I can use my feet". Brooke and I have had a few of these conversations about our sweet Ellyn. I KNOW Heavenly Father LOVES these amazing spirits that he entrusts to His most loving children. I am thankful that I am able to rub shoulders with women such as Monique, Brooke, Jessica and Renee (Darla's aunt).
Kiss your babies today, let them know that you love them and know that Heavenly Father has given them to you because you are the perfect parent for them and for me I feel that my kids are the perfect children for me. To teach me and help me get back to my Heavenly Father. I love you all --have a beautiful October day!!
