I'm happy you're happy
Thanks girls for getting this started, Mindi I just knew you would be the first. It is so good to hear from everyone. Jess, what is your major? I am so impressed. I think it is awesome that both of you Rigby girls will have your degrees. I think you are the only ones thus far in this family, although Geof. will be there soon. What a bunch of academics we are. I think I'm going to start doing distance learning with BYU when Mike leaves. I was accepted into the program and ready to start when 9/11 happened and then I found out I was pregnant with Sadie and then Mike left. So...it kind of went by the wayside. Chelsea, just keep going, especially while you can live with dad! Well today was a beautiful day here so we played outside most of the day. I'm about to go make the easiest dinner known to man. If any of you like black bean soup open up two cans of black beans and dump them in the pot. Add salsa to your own liking, add a little lime juice if you want, cilantro is optional as well. Heat it up and serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips and sour cream. So easy and cheap and yummy too. Mike is babysitting tonight while I go to a coffee. Don't worry there isn't any coffee there, especially not Starbucks! Just a meeting for Army wives called a coffee to make it sound more fun. Last night Mike had so much homework he didn't go to sleep, just finished, got dressed, and went to work. He and Sadie are taking a lovely nap right now. Our neighbors are home so I am not dogsitting anymore and I just saw him walk into his house with two boxes of pizza. Hmmm...an even easier dinner.
Mindi, I'm sorry about the snow and I really hope you get your house rented. We are in the same boat. This house in Oklahoma gives me ulcers. I love you all. Love, Brooke
