The first time the girls met their little brother was something I really looked forward to. They came in the room at about 7:30 a.m. on Wed. and when I said "your little brother is here" Kaia made a noise like "whoohoooo". It was perfect. Sierra is holding her elbow in this picture because she had just bumped Tristan with that elbow and was obediently trying not to do it again. Kaia has her sunglasses on which is classic Kaia, she loves her shades like her daddy does.
We've had two good nights thus far. Poor Adam has to get back to work today (his boss was here last night, providing dinner and asking Ad what time he was going to be a the job site tomorrow), but he is going to take the girls with him. I'm looking forward to another day in my pjs. All the hard work of pregnancy and labor are worth these wonderful days of bonding and recovery.
