Provo House

first let me start by saying that i love the pictures. mind you could've left out the one where i look like i've been camping... moab was a blast! cor the pictures of moses lake were awesome. i can't believe how grown up the kids are! benny's hair is so long! and mom what do you mean to say that hairdressing is a whitetrash occupation??!! i don't know how i feel about that?

okay so the adventures of the provo house begin. last monday i spent the entire day cleaning and unpacking and somehow only managed to get the kitchen done. it's slowly coming together but oh boy do i have a very long list of "to do's" not to mention jason's "honey do's". saturday while i was at school he and his whole family worked in the yard. jason cleaned out the whole shed and sprayed it for spiders. he pulled out lots of boxes for me to go through. it was quite the walk down memory lane for me. jess remember those plasic halloween utencils we used to use all the time? i found them. i also found my box of old books...or what was left of them. appearently a mouse had been eating them and pooping them back out again right there in the box. it was sick. i was so mad. if jason hadn't already found the mouse dead, i would have killed it! we also met one of our neighbors. she had some interesting stories of the old tenant. she's pretty sure that matt was dealing drugs. cars coming and going at all hours of the night, weird smells coming from the house etc. needless to say she was very relieved when my mother in law filled her in on our background.

anyway i'm very excited and overwhelmed to be back in the house. i feel a little bad for jason tho. i don't think he loves being there as much as i do. luckily he and his dad are very eager to "fix" it. wish us luck!
