Sierra and I are super excited (the other ColoradoBennetts are excited too but they are too sick today to realize their excitement). How do we log our times, how much info should we put down about our workouts?
Elly and I think people will have to track there own days and maybe once a week report on your progress on the blog to keep everyone motivated. Unless or until cor can find something. I lifted for the first time today-- I'm already sore.
Well Sierra just ran in and insisted that I post her exercise for the day. She says she ran the whole time at recess playing tag, so that should count for 30 minutes. I watched her run for at least 15 on the way home for school and at the park at FHE, so she's in.
Good job Sierra! My kiddos road bikes and scooters and jumped on the tramp for about two hours. I'm pretty sure this is going to be easiest for the kids.
I've been using trainingpeaks.com to log my workouts, but I don't think there is any way we could share info on there (plus I'm sick of how long it takes to load up and I'm looking for something else). Can we all get on a google calendar or something? Ellynn you sent me something with a calendar, can we use that for a family workout record?

Boom, I'm in. Maybe Rodg too. He goes to the gym at 5:30 in the morning a few days a week. Bless his soul, I've got another Joan on my hands.
Uhm, I wouldn't be talking, Miss run on the treadmill every day!
