Provo House

i saw a bee today. it was flying nearby while i was walking.... honestly though i've never heard so much talk about bees in my life. i am happy however adam that you have your bees now and i hope you're bringing me honey when you come in a couple weeks. which i can't wait for by the way.

so it's been quite a while since i blogged so this is late but moni and cam i have to thank you guys again for letting us come and crash. it was so fun to see everyone but especially to be able to play cards and talk with you guys. jason loved it too.

every few months the owner of my school arranges this thing where a bunch of the girls go to salt lake and do haircuts for the homeless. today was one of those days. we went down under the 4th south viaduct in salt lake where the salvation army feeds them breakfast on sundays and did haircuts for about 2 1/2 hours. it was a very cool experience. i wouldn't say it was fun, it wasn't. but it was definately good. it's so sad to hear their stories and how they got where they are. but they are so humble and greatful... for the most part. there are a few that think we owe them something.

mindi, jason and i did watch "the mormons" but i didn't see you. now i'm upset. i thought it was very good although they focused way too much on polygamy and polygamists now (considering they're not part of the church) and too much on the mountain meadows massacre.

anyway we've gotta go talk to some guy about jason joining the air force so i'll blog at ya later.
