caught up

the beginning of feb. was the last time i was on the blog long enough to catch up on everything that has been posted and all the family blogs so i took a lot of time out tonight to catch up. joani said she has been keeping up on the blog when she text be tonight. it is so fun to hear from all of you and see what you are doing. i am going to find out how to post pictures--they are so fun.
monie i can't figure out how to get past just your 1st picture, but i will have cory show me.
jessica, your site is awesome. the tribute tony wrote about his mom and what you wrote. . . you are both such sweet kids you deserve moms that spoil you!!! all the pictures are great especially of the coat.
mindi more dancing would be appreciated. what can i say. you are a brave woman to hang out with a man in a fur coat. what can we come up with for you to wear?
alicia when do we get you back? thank you so much for your hospitality. jesse and monie you too.
brookie we need to see pictures of mike and son and daughters. keep that in mind but don't worry about posting till after mike leaves. then you can take the time to fill us in--what his reaction was etc. tell mike he has the best mom ever. what a sweetheart for coming to the funeral. she gets more beautiful every year. our children are blessed with the most wonderful in-laws you could ask for!!!
darla/geof. we have the cutest grandkids ever. we went to dokou (sp) while i was in germany. they had the table where they strapped the men down for their beatings along with a bull whip they used. it took over 20 plus years for the smell to go away from the incinerators where they burned the bodies. amazing! the u.s. has its faults, but i think we honestly do try--you are right,we must not forget.
lydie it was so good to see you. same with jordan and michelle.
rodger and courtney thanks for the tour and the light. it made it home safely. your home is beautiful

we miss you all. it was so good to be in the temple together. another family tradition. reading thru patti's caringbridge journal i am again thankful that families can be together forever!!!

LeAnne, the outfits that girls wear that hang out with men in fur coats doesn't fit the guidelines for "appearance" in the For The Strength of Youth manual. All I can say is, "You raised him."
