bg me

joanie thanks for getting on the blog.  you are so amazing.  i am grateful to have an aunt like you, you are a wonderful example of a mother!

jacky, thanks for sending the pictures of grandpa.  if anyone is smarter than me and could post them on the blog i would love it.  i think it would be good to see the other half of how the beautiful sisters came to be.  he looks so much like geof. it makes me tear up.  i wish i knew him then!  there is one picture when he looks just like jesse or the other way around.

rose came to church with us yesterday.  rose is cory's little sister who was divorced last year so is raising two of the cutest, sweetest kids in the world by her self, but with great support from her family.  she has mentioned a few times about getting the kids to a church.  friday we spent the day together and she mentioned it again.  so sat. i called and asked if she wanted to come to church with us and she said YES!  she didn't bring baby dave who is 21 monthes, but she did bring marissa who is hazel's best buddy.  she said that she really enjoyed it and liked the way it was set up and was glad to see that bringing dave would not be a problem.  (we have the loudest ward with 12 million kids). when they introduced her in relief society they said, "and you must be here helping with the eppersons."  (i watch the twins during sunday school and of course she took one for me).  i told them that she was cory's sister and just a really good helper.  when we went to pick up the girls in nursery the leader asked if marissa would be there from now on and rose said, "i hope so".  how cool is that.  one of our really good friends taught r.s. and she has two kids and got divorced about the same time rose did.  it was the perfect lesson taught be the perfect person.  i pray that this will lead to more of cory's family coming into the gospel.  he would be so happy and i love to see him happy!

That is so wonderful. I hope she continues to come with you. Our stake president spoke in our meeting yesterday. He said that you are truly not an active member of our church unless you are actively participating in missionary work. I am proud of you. It is no small thing especially with a family member.
