Seattle Bennett Living in Colorado

So Mindi and I are getting ready to go to Mexico, just scouting out houses, getting some scuba diving in and relaxing. Miguel my buddy down there is going to pick us up at the airport and drive us up to his place in the mountains he added a room in his house for us to stay in when we come for visits but I keep telling him the only way I can stay in Mexico is if there is water nearby to jump into to cool down. It should be great he is going to kill a pig and have a big party while we are there which is always a unique experience, the food is good and people are friendly even if the only thing I can say to them is hello and the plethora of Spanish swear words I have picked up as part of my on the job training.

So last week Denver was a nightmare as the Democratic National Convention was in town what a bunch of jokers. However, Rage Against the Machine, who has been broken up for a while now got together for a concert, the Flobots, a local band, that is fun to listen to opened for them, and I was lucky enough to win tickets. It was a great show, and afterwards 3k people of the 10k people that went to the concert marched down town to the DNC so I got my picture taken in front of Zack De La Rocha lead singer for Rage (in the green shirt) their bass guitarist (shaved head, looking at my "RUSH RUNS AMERICA" t-shirt) and Johnny-5 of the Flobots. Call me crazy but I was very excited about the show and had a hard time sleeping, I miss going to concerts, and for some reason I think I will have a hard time getting pumped for Hannah Montana or High School Musical which are most likely in the not to distant future.
