ColoradoBennett

Yippeee. Adam is on his way to the airport right now to pick up Geof. We are so excited to have him visit. With the good news and all it should be an extra joyous occasion. Sierra and I are whipping up lasagna, parmesan potatoes, and salad for dinner and "Big Mindi's" for dessert (if you don't know what a "Big Mindi" is, you'll just have to come visit). The kids and I took Ocean (our student from China) to the grocery store the other night. He is going to make us dumplings for Chinese New Year. He's a sweet guy. The grocery store was crazy and by the end I'm sure he was thinking, "Wow, I'm sure glad they only let us have one kid in China."

I did spell check on parmesan and it highlighted it for me. So there you have it. I don't know how to spell parmesan and there is a big yellow mark to let everyone know that I'm an idiot.

mindi don't worry, if that happened on my blogs the whole thing would be highlighted!

I'm not worried about any of your spelling. I am just sitting here longing for a "Big Mindi." I don't know what they are but I'm sure that they are worthy of the name. Right now my jar of Nutella is sitting in the cupboard scared to death of being completely taken out in one afternoon. Jane asked if we could get it yesterday and that stuff is SOOO good. I've only had it on bread but by itself it is heavenly.

Min- I did the highlighting thing the other day, now that I think about it. Even if you go back and correct the word it stays yellow unless you click on it and use their spelling option. I had typed a wrong letter when I wrote calendar. I fixed it and it stayed highlighted and I thought I was an idiot. I clicked on their list and there it was but I clicked on it and everything was right as rain.

Cory, do you remember the stories of my roommate Rebecca. She was psycho in so many ways. She used to buy the Velveta mac and cheese and then just cut off the top to the cheese packet and suck it out. It was one of the most disturbing things in my life. I did however develop a healthy respect for Velveta whilst I lived in Oklahoma. While I don't use it anymore I do have several yummy recipes that involve blocks of Velveta.

By the by, nutella jar is down to about a tablespoon.
