I was looking for a delicious Valentine's day dessert recipe and I found this during my search. It is gluten free so maybe it will work for Ellyn.

Jess, you are awesome. Thank you so much. That is just in time for Ellyn's B-day tomorrow. I will make it for her class. I think I can do unsweetened baking chocolate without milk and add a bit more sugar and a titch of oil. I'm excited to try.
