14 years from now

so alicia i can see a pattern here. when we were 14 we had the banana thing, and now at 28 (well almost for me) we have this. we just need to be on our toes 14 years from now to avoid another heartache.

speaking of heartaches, cory lost his grandpa this weekend. it has been very sad to watch his family loose someone they charished so dearly. i know geof. remembers him in a bit of a differant light, but he truely was such a sweet man. he thought hazel looked just like the baby on ice age so now she is our little "lumpy". she will love it when she is older. sunday afternoon cory and i went up to the farm to be with the family and as sad as it was, it was also very good to see everyone so close. all these big tough guys crying for the loss that seemed unreal. we also went to the hospital for a veiwing, and the memory of grandma came rushing back. all though cor's family hopes they can be with pop again, they don't know for sure. how blessed we are in our knowledge of a forever family. everyones main concern now is for gran, they have been married since she was sixteen and have never really been apart that much.
