Women at the Well

We performed last Thursday night. It turned out beautifully. I wish more had been there, but so many of us took part in the production, that I'm sure the attendance was much higher than usual. I LOVED it. I'm so glad that I'm starting to sing again and so many of the sisters who participated and watched were touched. Thank you, Le Anne for doing it last year and inspiring me to do it here in Richmond.

I am so glad you got to do it. I wish everyone could have seen it.
When we did it here in BG, Darla, Meagan, Ellynn and I all sang. I wish you could have heard them. They were beautiful. One sister asked if you had to audition to be in our family. No, you just have to be very smart, talented and good and everyone of them has passed! (I didn't say it outloud) I think my kids are brilliant because they chose so well!

If I would have had to auditioned to be in the family I would have been booed off the stage. Instead I just had to survive a 50 mile backpack trip (which I really enjoyed and can wait to do again some day BTW).

Darla - I wish I could have been there! It sounds like you created a beautiful experience for the women in your ward.
Mindi, I would not have passed the Bennett Family audition either! I would have been yanked off stage cartoon-style with a giant shepards crook after my first squeaky syllable!
